As a part of the amendment and extension, new lenders provided UHS with $900 million of additional Term A Loans and lenders under UHS’s existing senior secured credit facilities agreed to extend the maturity of approximately $892 million of UHS’s existing term A loans and approximately $732 million their revolving commitments.
