Goldman Sachs Executive David J. Greenwald Rejoins Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as Co-Chair

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP today announced that David J. Greenwald, currently a deputy general counsel and international general counsel at the Goldman Sachs Group, has agreed to rejoin Fried Frank in a leadership role.   Valerie Ford Jacob, the Firm’s current Chairperson, and Mr. Greenwald will serve as Co-Chairs of the Firm through February of 2015. Beginning in March 2015, Mr. Greenwald will lead the Firm as Chairman and Ms. Jacob will become the Firm’s Senior Partner.
