Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues to grow its Corporate and Latin America Practices in Miami with the addition of Shareholder Henry Roque, who is rejoining the firm from Holland & Knight’s Miami office.
King & Spalding today announced that Fradyn Suárez has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate, Finance and Investments (CFI) practice group in its Miami office. Suárez joins the firm from Jones Day, where she co-led its global project finance subpractice.
International tax attorney Logan Gans has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the Private Wealth Services Group. Mr. Gans represents both U.S. and foreign clients on every type of tax issue, in personal and business advisory matters. He will reside in the firm’s Miami office and arrives from the Miami office of Shutts and Bowen LLP.
