Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (“Berkshire”) offered €3 billion aggregate principal amount of debt securities, consisting of €750 million of 0.75% Senior Notes due 2023, €1.250 billion of 1.125% Senior Notes due 2027 and €1 billion of 1.625% Senior Notes due 2035.
