DLA Piper announced today that John Lyons has joined the firm’s Restructuring practice as a partner in the Chicago office. With over twenty years of restructuring experience, Lyons has represented major US and international corporations, committees, lenders and boards of directors in complex business reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures. He played key roles in several industry transformative restructurings including, among others, American Airlines, Delphi Corporation, US Airways, Exodus Communications, and VeraSun Energy.
