Dana most recently served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Intel Corporation.

Dana was a leader in Intel’s patent and licensing strategy during the rapidly-evolving convergence of PCs and mobile devices. He was a key contributor and driver of strategy in transactions involving multiple billions of dollars, and his skills landed him a spot on Intellectual Asset Management’s (IAM) lists of “Top 40 IP Market Makers” and to the “IAM Strategy 300: The Worlds’ Leading IP Strategists.” His insights have been in high demand for such organizations as The Hoover Institution, the Licensing Executives Society, IP Law and Business, and the Practising Law Institute.

Dana earned his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law, his M.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his B.S.M.E (cum laude) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
