Jones Day adds Capital Markets partner Alan Seem to Silicon Valley Office

The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Alan Seem has joined the Firm as a Capital Markets partner in its Silicon Valley Office.

During his more than 20 years in practice, Mr. Seem has handled a wide variety of SEC-registered and Rule 144A/Regulation S securities offerings, M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, and corporate governance issues. As the former head of his previous firm’s Asia capital markets group, he worked for 16 years on complex client matters based out of the Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai offices.
