Eric Christofferson Joins DLA Piper’s Litigation Practice in Boston

DLA Piper today announced the addition of Eric P. Christofferson, a former assistant US attorney, to the firm’s Litigation practice as a partner in the Boston office.

For the past six years, Christofferson served in the US Attorney’s Office in Boston, primarily with the Criminal Division’s Economic Crimes Unit. He investigated and prosecuted Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, insider trading, securities fraud, tax fraud and mortgage fraud and has tried nine criminal cases to verdict.
