Baker Donelson has added Mark Kohler, a 20-year veteran of GE Capital, to its Financial Services Transactions Group. Mr. Kohler, who joins as a shareholder in the Firm’s Baltimore office, was the General Counsel Capital Markets Syndication for GE Capital Holdings, Inc. Prior to assuming that role, he held positions of growing responsibility within GE Capital as a General Counsel for GE Capital Americas, Senior Counsel for GE Commercial Equipment Financing and GE Capital Solutions, and Counsel and Region Counsel for GE Capital’s Commercial Equipment Financing division.
