Dykema, a leading national law firm, announced today that John A. Ferroli has been appointed as the Office Managing Member of the firm’s Grand Rapids office. Ferroli, who also serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee, succeeds longtime Grand Rapids Office Managing Member James Brady.

Ferroli focuses his practice on the litigation of environmental, tort and commercial disputes, and representing clients in a wide variety of matters involving environmental issues, including agency enforcement actions, regulatory and permit compliance issues, property rights and claims, insurance claims, and corporate and real estate transactions. His environmental litigation experience has notably included federal and state cost recovery and contribution litigation, the defense of environmental and toxic tort suits and insurance coverage litigation. Ferroli’s practice involves sites and disputes across the United States. He is a longstanding member of the State Bars of Michigan and California.
