Boies Schiller Flexner LLP today announced that Jesse Panuccio, the former acting Associate Attorney General of the United States, will join the firm in Washington D.C. and Florida as a partner, focusing on high-stakes litigation and appeals, regulatory counseling, enforcement defense, and crisis management. Panuccio has served at the highest levels of the federal and Florida governments, and has handled the most difficult litigation and regulatory issues in both public service and private practice. Delphine is specialised in financial restructuring, insolvency proceedings and mergers and acquisitions related to reorganisation and reversal operations. She works alongside domestic and international investors, private equity funds, hedge funds and other lenders. She also advises shareholders or buyers in their restructuring or external growth operations. She began her career as a lawyer in 2001 in the mergers and acquisitions department of Fried Frank, successively in London, New York and Paris, and joined Weil Gotshal & Manges in 2005. Delphine moved to STC Partners as a partner in 2008 and then joined Bremond & Associés in 2012.
