Clifford Chance adds Private Funds partner David Goldstein Clifford Chance today announced that David A. Goldstein has joined the Firm’s Private Funds Group as a partner.
His practice focuses on the establishment and representation of private investment funds, including both domestic and international private equity and hedge funds. Goldstein joins from DLA Piper, where he has served as global co-head and national co-head of its Investment Funds practice.
