Dentons Enhances Recovery and Restructuring Capability to Assist Clients

To quickly meet increasing demand from its clients, Dentons has appointed commercial litigation Partner, Kon Tsiakis to the Melbourne recovery and restructuring team. Tsiakis joins from the Melbourne office of DLA Piper

Kon brings over 20 years’ experience in advising major banks on asset recovery, insolvency practitioners on all aspects of external administrations, and clients in relation to international cross-border insolvency issues. Kon’s appointment complement’s Dentons’ already strong recovery and restructuring practice and expands the Firm’s client offering in Melbourne.
