Mintz announced today that Courtney R. Rockett has joined the firm’s Litigation practice as a Member, based in the New York office. Ms. Rockett represents large corporations, private equity firms, celebrities, and others in high-stakes, civil litigation matters. She focuses her practice on complex commercial transactions, partnership disputes, securities matters, entertainment disputes, and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining Mintz, Ms. Rockett was a partner with Boies Schiller Flexner LLP.

Before that, he served as a patent examiner in the biomedical and medical device arts at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
