Thomas E. Lombardi, Devin A. Donohue, and Brett D. Watson — seasoned litigators who focus their practices on disputes involving securities, financial services, real estate, employment and intellectual property — have agreed to join the firm as members and will reside in Cozen O’Connor’s Los Angeles office.
