Allen & Overy today announced that Paul Keller has rejoined the firm as a partner in the litigation practice, based in New York. His return underscores Allen & Overy’s commitment to building a premier global IP litigation practice by investing in the U.S. and matching recent hires across Europe and China.

The cross-border opportunity this presents is significant, as the U.S. remains the largest market in the world for patent, trade secret and other IP litigation matters. Keller brings unparalleled expertise in the intellectual property sector, complementing the firm’s growing U.S. litigation practice. He rejoins from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he currently serves as head of the firm’s New York Intellectual Property Disputes Group and co-head of the Autonomous Vehicle International Business Group.

Clifford Chance adds Private Funds partner David Goldstein Clifford Chance today announced that David A. Goldstein has joined the Firm’s Private Funds Group as a partner.

Brady Berg Rejoins Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide, announced today that Braden “Brady” Berg has rejoined the firm as a partner in the San Francisco office. He will be a member of the firm’s emerging companies practice.

Most recently, Berg was general counsel at Cylance, a next-generation AI-based cybersecurity software company, from 2015 to 2019, where he helped guide the company through rapid growth and a global expansion, as well as an IPO process and eventual sale to BlackBerry in 2019.
