Aric Wu has joined Cooley’s securities litigation practice as a partner in its New York office. Wu spent more than two decades at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and will continue to focus on securities litigation, corporate control contests, and other complex litigation at Cooley.

Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces that Daniel Tristan has joined the Firm as a partner within the Finance practice in Houston. Daniel joins the firm from Baker Botts and will also be Texas Finance Team Leader.
