Martin Burke has joined Holland & Knight’s Tampa office as a partner in the Tampa Litigation Group. Mr. Burke represents corporate and government clients in high-risk and complex litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. He was previously a partner with Burr & Forman.
To better support its clients and capitalize on key firm strengths, O’Melveny announced today the expansion of its footprint into Texas. In the initial phase, O’Melveny will open an Austin office led by four Chambers-ranked lawyers from Thompson & Knight LLP: partner Phillip Oldham and senior counsel Rex VanMiddlesworth have already joined the firm; partners Benjamin Hallmark and Katie Coleman will join shortly.
