Polsinelli Continues Real Estate Growth Momentum, Adding Well-Known Chicago Attorney Kimberlie Pearlman and Real Estate Associate Nataly Yosef

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes well-known Chicago real estate attorney Kimberlie Pearlman as shareholder in the firm’s Chicago office. Beginning her career with Kirkland & Ellis, Nataly Yosef has also joined Polsinelli’s Real Estate Practice and Chicago office as associate. The female-powered real estate duo adds depth to Polsinelli’s rapidly increasing demand in real estate work, including extensive Chicago-area experience.

Pearlman focuses her real estate practice on a wide array of matters, including counseling clients on acquisitions and dispositions, leases, joint ventures, financing and development and business strategy. She partners with her clients to practically and creatively structure transactions, problem solve and close deals for borrowers, lenders, investors, landlords, tenants and developers with interest across a variety of property types.

“We are pleased to continue our Real Estate Practice expansion with a well-known and high achieving attorney like Kim,” said Polsinelli Real Estate Division Chair Eric G. She is an excellent addition to our Chicago and national Real Estate teams and will create an immediate positive impact on behalf of our clients.”

Pearlman counsels local, regional and national-level clients on matters involving hotels, office buildings and high-rise multifamily to retail, medical office and industrial. She brings notable experience serving as general counsel of a Chicago multifamily developer after over a decade of real estate and finance counsel at global law firm, DLA Piper.

“I am glad to return to a recognized Am Law 100 firm to grow my real estate practice, leveraging Polsinelli’s national platform and leading Real Estate Practice,” said Pearlman. “I was attracted to the opportunity to join one of the top real estate legal teams in the country, and help the practice continue its expansion effort particularly in the Midwest and Chicago area. I’m proud to join the established national Real Estate Practice and look forward to this next chapter in my career at Polsinelli.”

Pearlman received a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before earning a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School.

Nataly Yosef, a new Real Estate Practice attorney, works on transactions and development-related real estate matters.
