Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that David Penna has rejoined the firm’s Washington, D.C. and New York offices as a partner in the Finance Department and member of the Project Development & Finance and Latin America Practice Groups. He represents sponsors, lenders, developers, multinational corporations, and government entities on all phases of project development and financing in the US and globally, with a particular focus on energy, power, and infrastructure assets. Penna most recently served as Senior Vice President in the Office of Strategic Initiatives at the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).
