Ted Roberts, Brian Zemil, and Scott Richmond’s national mass tort work represents more than 80 years of combined court experience – particularly defending clients involved in asbestos-related litigation. Their experience and skill will serve existing clients preparing for the increased swell of litigation emerging from the pandemic. Ted Roberts, who along with the rest of this team come to Womble from Venable LLP, has represented clients in courts in multiple jurisdictions for nearly 30 years.

Mr. Thompson is an experienced corporate lawyer. Brandon Fox to Return to Jenner & Block and Serve as Los Angeles Office Managing Partner

Jenner & Block announced that Brandon D. Fox, former chief of the Criminal Division for the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, has rejoined the firm as a partner in Los Angeles. Starting August 16, he will also serve as the managing partner for the Los Angeles office and a co-chair of the Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Practice.
