Harbach, II, a former senior prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia and in the Southern District of New York, will join the firm on November 1 as a partner in the White Collar Defense & Corporate Investigations practice, based in Washington, DC.
