Goodwin Adds Adrianne Marshack to Global Litigation Team in California

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Adrianne Marshack joined the firm’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice as partner, resident in the Santa Monica office. Marshack comes to the firm from Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP.

“Adrianne is a top-notch lawyer whose broad commercial litigation practice enhances our global platform in Southern California,” said Deborah Birnbach, co-chair of Goodwin’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. “As we continue to expand our global litigation expertise in support of clients across the technology, life sciences, private equity, real estate, and financial industries, we are thrilled to welcome Adrianne to Goodwin.”

Marshack focuses her practice on class actions and complex commercial litigation, representing clients in the areas of consumer class actions, unfair competition, false advertising, and trade secrets. In addition, Marshack counsels clients on employment issues (including employee class actions, discrimination, and wrongful termination), advertising and marketing, and proactive protection of rights in trade secrets.
