Ildefonso joins 32 partners across Clifford Chance’s offices in Spain, Luxembourg, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands, who provide specialist advice to leading global and local fund managers in fund establishment, structuring and marketing as well as ongoing operational issues. Ildefonso joins Clifford Chance from King Wood Mallesons, where he was a partner in their Funds team since 2019.

Global law firm Dentons has expanded its well-regarded Competition and Antitrust practice with the recruitment of Dr. Maren Tamke as a partner in the Berlin office, effective June 2022. Squire Patton Boggs has appointed leading private equity lawyer Maxime Dequesne as a partner in its Corporate Practice in Paris. M. Dequesne was formerly a partner at French private equity boutique, Lamartine Conseil and previous to that worked at De Pardieu and SJ Berwin/KWM. The appointment follows in quick succession the hires earlier this month of private equity partner Anthony Guillaume, who joined from DLA and acquisition leverage finance partner Benjamin Marché who joined from Shearman & Sterling.
