Gibson Dunn Adds Technology, Privacy and Cybersecurity Partner Vivek Mohan in Palo Alto

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Vivek K. Mohan has joined the firm’s Palo Alto office as a partner.  Mohan will serve as Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn’s Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems Practice Group and continue his privacy, cybersecurity and tech regulatory practice.  Mohan joins Gibson Dunn from Mayer Brown LLP, where he was a partner.  Previously, he was a senior attorney at Apple Inc., where he was on the company’s global privacy law and policy team and head of information security law.

Willkie To Add Leading Private Equity Finance Lawyer Daniel Gendron As Partner in London

 Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that it will add prominent leveraged finance lawyer Daniel Gendron as a partner, based in the Firm’s London office. Daniel will join the Firm’s Finance Practice Group from Linklaters where he is a partner. Prior to joining Linklaters in 2008, Daniel began his career at Borden Ladner Gervais in Montreal, Canada. He is the third lateral partner to join Willkie’s London office this year and the sixth lateral to join Willkie’s multidisciplinary private equity platform in this same time period, with others joining in Houston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

King & Spalding Broadens FDA and Life Sciences Team with Addition of Three Partners

King & Spalding today announced that Dale Giali, Keri Borders and Michael Resch have joined as partners on its FDA and Life Sciences team.
