With more than two decades of experience advising on high profile EU antitrust, merger control and state aid matters, particularly in the tech and life sciences sectors, Kristina is recognised as one of Europe’s foremost antitrust strategists. She joins from A&O Shearman and previously served as global antitrust co head at Sidley Austin and has practiced in London, Brussels and New York.
