Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has added four partners in the firm’s London office. Stephanie Bates, formerly of Mayer Brown, joins Orrick’s Equity Capital Markets practice. Anthony Riley, formerly of Norton Rose, joins the firm’s M&A and Private Equity practice. Matthew Lawson and Simon Willis, formerly of Mayer Brown, join Orrick’s Commercial Litigation practice.
