Sills Cummis & Gross Welcomes Four New Members

Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. is pleased to announce that, John T. Gallagher, Michael R. Leighton, Paul M. Sayegh and Jonathan Young recently joined the Firm.

John T. Gallagher joined the Firm as a Member in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the New York office. Mr. Gallagher focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement, antitrust, trade secret and unfair competition disputes. He received a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He joined the Firm from Dickstein Shapiro. 
Michael R. Leighton joined the Firm as a Member in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Newark office. Mr. Leighton concentrates his practice on real estate finance including loan workouts and distressed loan purchases. He received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from George Washington University. He joined the Firm from Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, where he served as Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department. 
Paul M. Sayegh joined the Firm as a Member in the Corporate Practice Group in the New York office. Mr. Sayegh focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in connection with commercial finance, secured and unsecured lending and asset-based lending transactions. He received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from American University. Mr. Sayegh joined the Firm from LeClairRyan. 
Jonathan Young rejoined the Firm as a Member in the Litigation Practice Group in the New York office. Mr. Young concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and financial services litigation. He received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Virginia. He joined the Firm from Harleysville Insurance where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer.
