National law firm Polsinelli Shughart continues its growth with the addition of Shareholder Lauren K. Mack to its Chicago office. Mack concentrates her practice on federal tax matters related to public finance and tax-exempt organizations. Mack joins a deep bench of attorneys with knowledge in all aspects and phases of public finance. She will work closely with fellow healthcare and nonprofit finance attorneys Janet Zeigler and Dana Lach in Chicago, as well as municipal finance attorneys Lisa Quateman and Timothy Reimers who practice in Los Angeles.

International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Gas Natural Capital Markets, S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Spanish Ibex-35 company, Gas Natural SDG, S.A., on an issue of new notes with an aggregate principal amount of EUR 750 million under its EUR 12,000 million EMTN programme guaranteed by Gas Natural SDG, S.A.
