Nelson Mullins Expands Healthcare Practice in Washington D.C. With Addition of Industry Veteran

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP (“Nelson Mullins”) announced today that David Mainwill join the Firm’s National Healthcare Practice Group in Washington D.C. With a background in both government and private practice, Mr. Main will focus on advising national and global healthcare companies on a range of regulatory, public policy, and corporate transactional issues. In addition, he will continue advising health technology and biotech/life sciences companies on formation and development issues. He also will advise clients on product distribution and intellectual property matters for medical devices and information technology.

Morgan Lewis Hires Ingrid Zhu-Clark as Co-Managing Partner of Beijing Office

International law firm Morgan Lewis has widened its scope in China by hiring Ingrid Zhu-Clark for a Beijing legal job, according to a press release.

Formerly the office managing partner at two other international law firms, Zhu-Clark joins the firm as a partner in the business and finance practice. She will be co-managing partner of the office in Beijing, one of several recent legal recruitments at the firm during the past few weeks.

Sean D. Jordan to Co-Manage Sutherland Asbill & Brennan’s Austin Appellate Practice

Sutherland Asbill & Brennan has hired Sean D. Jordan to a fill an Austin legal job in the firm’s office in the state capital, according to a press release.

Formerly the principal Deputy Solicitor General in the Office of the Attorney General of the Lone Star State, Jordan moves into a partner position and will be one of two leaders of the appellate practice of the law firm.
