International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Jonathan E. Silverblatt has joined the Corporate group in the Firm’s New York office as a Partner. Mr. Silverblatt’s practice focuses on representing public and privately-held companies, private equity sponsors and their related portfolio companies and investment banks in a full range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, securities offerings, leveraged financings, corporate reorganizations and joint ventures and strategic alliances. His experience covers a range of industries including media and technology, investment management, life sciences, transportation, consumer products, entertainment, restaurant and retail, natural resources and real estate.

Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Steven M. Kornblau and David B. Kostman have joined the firm’s New York office as partners in the Real Estate Department. Previously, Kornblau was a partner and Kostman was counsel in the New York office of Bryan Cave LLP. The pair is joined by associate Emily Rakowicz, who practiced with them at Bryan Cave.

Morgan Securities LLC as joint global coordinators and mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners in connection with a cross-border, multicurrency and covenant-lite Term Loan B bank financing consisting of a $2 billion term loan facility, a $375 million short-dated term loan facility and a €500 million term loan facility for certain affiliates of INEOS AG, one of the world’s largest chemical companies by revenue.
