Emily Stroope has joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the Firm’s Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Group. Ms. Stroope has a national litigation practice and represents a variety of corporate clients including mortgage servicers and financial institutions. Ms. Stroope arrives from Mcglinchey in Dallas.

Womble Continues Growth of Corporate Practice, Adds International Trade Team in Huntsville, Ala.

Womble Bond Dickinson announced today that David Vance Lucas has joined the Huntsville office as a partner in the Corporate & Securities group. Lucas has over three decades of experience advising publicly traded and privately held technology providers on intellectual property, international trade, and complex litigation matters. He accumulated much of this experience while serving as general counsel for Intergraph Corporation, a global technology company, and later a clinical laboratory software company.  Lucas joins the firm from Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, where he led their International practice group.
