A full-service team of mergers and acquisitions and insurance regulatory attorneys, comprised of partners Tony Roehl, Lori Bibb and Joe Holahan, have joined BakerHostetler’s Business Practice Group. Roehl will also become the firm’s Insurance Transactions and Regulatory team leader. Roehl and Bibb are based in Atlanta; Holahan is based in Washington. They join from Morris, Manning & Martin and help strengthen BakerHostetler’s leading corporate, M&A and regulatory teams.

Pillsbury Adds to Bay Area Litigation Team with Addition of Patrick Hammon in Silicon Valley

Patrick Hammon, who has successfully litigated high-profile intellectual property, white collar defense, antitrust and other complex commercial disputes, has joined Pillsbury’s Silicon Valley office as partner. Hammon spent a dozen years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and the last few years at McManis Faulkner before coming to Pillsbury.

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Scott Graham as an asset and corporate finance partner in the Pittsburgh office.
