A full-service team of mergers and acquisitions and insurance regulatory attorneys, comprised of partners Tony Roehl, Lori Bibb and Joe Holahan, have joined BakerHostetler’s Business Practice Group. Roehl will also become the firm’s Insurance Transactions and Regulatory team leader. Roehl and Bibb are based in Atlanta; Holahan is based in Washington. They join from Morris, Manning & Martin and help strengthen BakerHostetler’s leading corporate, M&A and regulatory teams.

Roehl, Bibb and Holahan are the latest additions to BakerHostetler’s rapidly growing Business Practice Group, which has added more than 40 attorneys since January 2022 and most recently welcomed Todd Canni earlier in March and Adam Nazette and Jenny Givens in February.
