Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Martin P. Willard has rejoined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the firm’s Government Contracts Practice Group. He was most recently a partner at Wiley Rein LLP. Willard practiced at Perkins Coie from 1988-2005.
