Paul Hastings Represents Suntrust in $120 Million Financing for WRM America Intermediate Holding Company, Inc.

Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented SunTrust Bank, as administrative agent, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as lead arranger and bookrunner in connection with WRM America Intermediate Holding Company, Inc.’s $120 million term and revolver senior secured credit facility. The facility will be used to refinance existing debt, for capital expenditures, to provide working capital and for other general corporate purposes.

Loeb & Loeb Expands Practice in Asia with the Launch of an Office in Hong Kong

Loeb & Loeb LLP is expanding its international presence in Asia with the launch of an office in Hong Kong. This will be Loeb & Loeb’s second office in Asia, following the opening of the firm’s Beijing office in 2009. The firm’s Hong Kong office has entered into an exclusive association with Hong Kong-based solicitors’ firm Pang & Co.
