Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Morgan Stanley, as joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner in connection with CHC Helicopter S.A.’s $200 million offering of its 9.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2020. The notes were issued pursuant to a Rule 144A private placement.
