A full-service team of mergers and acquisitions and insurance regulatory attorneys, comprised of partners Tony Roehl, Lori Bibb and Joe Holahan, have joined BakerHostetler’s Business Practice Group. Hammon spent a dozen years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and the last few years at McManis Faulkner before coming to Pillsbury.
