Bracewell is representing Evercore Partners, advisor to the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Rose Rock Midstream, L.P., regarding Rose Rock Midstream’s acquisition of a 33.3% interest in SemCrude Pipeline, L.L.C. – which owns 51% of the White Cliffs Pipeline – from SemGroup Corporation for $273.9 million.
