Five-Member Labor-Management Relations Team Led by Adam Abrahms Joins Morgan Lewis

Morgan Lewis will add a five-member labor team in Century City, led by Adam Abrahms, who most recently co-chaired the labor-management relations practice at Epstein Becker & Green and served on the firm’s Board of Directors. The California team will further bolster Morgan Lewis’s leading nationwide labor-management relations practice advising employers on strategic labor relations, collective bargaining and other complex labor negotiations, and matters related to union organizing.

Former Deputy Chief Counsel of Department of Energy Loan Programs Office Ken Cestari Joins Holland & Knight

Ken Cestari, the former deputy chief counsel of the Loan Programs Office (LPO) of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has joined Holland & Knight’s Public Policy & Regulation Group as a partner. Mr. Cestari helped lead the legal department of the LPO from 2015 to 2022 and worked as an attorney in the department beginning in 2009.
