International Arbitration Partner Joins in Washington, DC

Squire Patton Boggs continues the expansion of its International Dispute Resolution (IDR) Practice with the addition of Charles (Chip) Rosenberg, who joins the firm in Washington, DC as a partner from King & Spalding.

A member of the Washington, DC and New York Bars, Mr. Rosenberg specializes in public international law and international arbitration, focusing on both investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration, with a particular expertise in the energy sector.

He also specializes in US and international enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards involving sovereign states.

Mr. Rosenberg has significant experience representing clients in disputes at ICSID, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), as well as under the Energy Charter Treaty and the arbitration rules of the United Nationals Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
