Fournier was most recently a partner at K&L Gates LLP. Prior to entering private practice, Fournier spent several years working as a patent scientist and patent agent with Pfizer Inc. (formerly Pharmacia Corporation). While at Pfizer, he was responsible for the development and implementation of product lifecycle management strategies for several key products.
