The syndicate of banks included Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, Goldman Sachs International, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and UniCredit Bank AG as Joint Lead Managers.

Perkins Coie’s Chicago Office Adds Patent Prosecution Capabilities

Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that David B. Fournier has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. Fournier was most recently a partner at K&L Gates LLP. Prior to entering private practice, Fournier spent several years working as a patent scientist and patent agent with Pfizer Inc. (formerly Pharmacia Corporation). While at Pfizer, he was responsible for the development and implementation of product lifecycle management strategies for several key products.
