Norton Rose Makes Litigation and Dispute Resolution Partner Hire in Paris

International legal practice Norton Rose has appointed Christian Dargham as a partner in its Paris office.

Christian specialises in litigation and corporate compliance and joins Norton Rose’s growing litigation and dispute resolution team from the Paris office of Clifford Chance. He has worked on a number of significant cases involving product liability and white collar crime.

Christian also has significant experience assisting clients in relation to compliance, including the design, draft and implementation of global compliance policies in various fields (fraud, corruption, conflict of interests, gifts and hospitality, sanctions/freeze of assets).

Christian also advises on training, internal investigations, as well as the day-to-day assistance of compliance officers and integrity due diligence. He is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
