Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as Lead Manager in the DECO 2013-CSPK CMBS securitisation. The transaction involved the securitisation of a £380 million tranche of a £400 million senior loan which formed part of a £600 million refinancing of the Chiswick Park Estate. The refinancing prepaid in full the loan which backed the DECO 2011-CSPK CMBS Securitisation on which the firm advised in June 2011 and which was the first CMBS placed into the market in Europe since 2007.
