He is based in the Abu Dhabi office. Feldman joins the firm from Shearman & Sterling, where he served as Co-Head of Energy Innovation and leader of its Global Hydrogen/Ammonia Industry Team.

James Vernon is experienced in both public and private M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance and corporate advisory work. James joins from Eversheds Sutherland where he was a legal director in the corporate department, having previously practised at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
