The Firm represented the underwriters, led by BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Société Générale as joint book-running managers, in connection with an offering by Philip Morris International Inc. of €750 million of 1.875% Notes due 2021 and €1 billion of 2.875% Notes due 2026.
