Simpson Thacher is representing TPG Capital, Riverwood Capital and Aptina, Inc. in connection with the sale of Aptina, a global provider of imaging solutions, to an affiliate of ON Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: ONNN) for approximately $400 million. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2014 and is subject to customary regulatory and other closing conditions.
