Metrovacesa to Sell Gecina Stake for $2.1 Billion

Orrick is advising Metrovacesa SA on the sale of its 26.74 percent stake in the French real estate investment trust Gecina SA for 1.55 billion euros (US$2.11 billion) to a group of investors, which include Norges Bank, Credit Agricole Assurances, Blackstone and Ivanhoe Cambridge.

Dentons announced that it has advised Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) and Senaat on their recent US$1.3 billion refinancing. Eagle Bancorp And Virginia Heritage Bank Announce Merger Agreement

On June 9, 2014, Eagle Bancorp, Inc. Macfarlanes Advises Game Digital On IPO

Macfarlanes has advised GAME Digital plc, the leading omni-channel specialist retailer of video games in the UK and Spain, on its flotation on the main London market.
Based on the offer price of 200 pence per share, which raised gross proceeds of approximately £121 million for GAME and the selling shareholders, the market capitalisation of GAME at IPO was £340 million.
