Leading Debt Specialist Alan Yeung to Join Clifford Chance in Hong Kong

International law firm Clifford Chance is strengthening its US securities law and debt offering with the addition of Alan Yeung as a partner in Hong Kong. Alan, who joins the office today, is a highly experienced US qualified practitioner advising clients for more than 20 years in Asia Pacific. He is widely recognised in the market for his extensive work on many market leading debt and equity issuances, including high yield and investment grade bond offerings, and IPOs. Alan joins from Shearman & Sterling where he advised on debt and equity offerings of securities into the US, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S placements and liability management transactions.

Both Soo Khim and Jonathan bring extensive experience in commercial litigation and contentious financial regulatory matters, respectively. Soo Khim will join in late May and Jonathan joins 1 April.
